How scope is controlled

When work begins: Future preview target: ten business days after complete inputs and a confirmed start date.
Payment timing: Total setup price is $499: a $249.50 deposit after written scope acceptance, then $249.50 after preview approval and before publication. Required hosting is separate at $24.99/month and begins only after the approved site is live and separately authorized.
Revision or extra-work rule: One consolidated revision round covers supplied wording, images, colors, and placement within the selected template. Corrections to accepted scope are not charged as revisions.
Acceptance evidence: Explicit approval of pages and content • Verified price displays and domain • Mobile and desktop layout • Keyboard access and links • Metadata and permitted synthetic inquiry journey
Cancellation and exit: Future milestone allocations: $99 plan, $250 conforming preview, $150 domain/publication/handoff. Retain only completed evidenced milestones, capped at payments received.
Export and retention: Customer receives an editable content copy and customer-owned asset package; Rivet application code is not a portable export.

If that same work was paid for within the previous 30 calendar days and is reused here, the $499 website fee receives a $99 credit. Older work or different work receives no automatic credit.
