How scope is controlled
- When work begins
- Scheduling opens only after Rivet confirms scheduling readiness. At 15 minutes we summarize remaining questions; the session ends at 20 minutes.
- Payment timing
- Included once with an eligible Rivet workspace. Requesting or attending the orientation does not authorize a fee.
- Revision or extra-work rule
- Not applicable to a timed orientation session.

- Session date • Attended duration • Recommended next action
- Cancellation and exit
- One reschedule is included. After a second missed appointment the free allocation is used; no missed-session fee is charged.
