How scope is controlled

When work begins: Scope is reviewed before any future payment or scheduling. At 50 minutes we review what can be completed; at 60 minutes work stops.
Payment timing: $199 is due only after written scope acceptance and before scheduling when ordering becomes available. No payment is initiated by this inquiry.
Revision or extra-work rule: The recap records completed and remaining work. Extra work needs separate written approval at $49.50 per 30-minute block.
Acceptance evidence: Session dates • Attended duration • Tasks attempted and completed • Delivered written recap
Cancellation and exit: Cancel at least 24 hours before a session to refund its unused $99.50 allocation. One late cancellation or no-show may be rebooked without loss; a later late cancellation uses that session allocation. At day 60, unused and unconsumed sessions are refunded, with the eligibility window extended for Rivet-caused delay. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days; bank posting time is separate.
Export and retention: The customer receives the setup recap; credentials are never collected in this request.
