How scope is controlled

When work begins: Work stops at the approved cap. The same courtesy-rebooking and Rivet-caused downtime rules apply.
Payment timing: $99 per hour is sold only in preapproved 30-minute blocks at $49.50 each. The topic and maximum block count are accepted before work begins; no unexpected overage is billed.
Revision or extra-work rule: Not applicable to timed consulting; additional blocks require new written approval.
Acceptance evidence: Scheduled duration • Approved preparation time • Progress note and recap
Cancellation and exit: Unused prepaid whole blocks are refundable; delivered time is earned.
Export and retention: Customer receives the agreed progress note or recap.
